PAM SNYMAN
Principal, Director
Pam Snyman is the founder and managing director of REDZ etc. an innovative real estate brand that strives to bring a new approach to the real estate marketing environment. She holds an MPHil from Stellenbosch University as well as the Dip Advanced Property Practice and Dip Property Investment. She has served the real estate industry since 1986 as a real estate agent, principal, mentor and trainer. She serves on the IEASA's Western Cape regional board of directors, and was a member of the standards generating bodies for the FET Certificate: Real Estate NQF levels 4, 5 and 7 – including author for academic material content for several unit standards for the level 4 qualification. In 2002, she was the first member of the real estate industry to be awarded full certification as an assessor and has subsequently also qualified as workplace moderator.

She was awarded the CPRE (Chartered Practitioner Real Estate) by the SSETA and the EAAB jointly in 2011. This designation was awarded to only eleven doyennes of Real Estate. Pam currently also sits on the SSETA board and is member of the Remuneration & HR and the Audit Committees and she chairs the Property Chamber. She has conducted numerous Estate Agent Board Exam Courses, PDE Workshops and offers training courses and seminars in many different property related fields.
Schalk van Wyk
Founder, Marketing and Sales
Schalk is an entrepreneur at heart and has been working in the property industry since 2001. Working as an estate agent, for 2 national groups and over the last 17 years has gained invaluable knowledge of the industry through his extensive hand’s on experience and being a student of University of life . He has been involved in the identifying of numerous development opportunities, the last of which being Nuutgevonden in Stellenbosch.

Schalk lives in Durbanville with his beautiful wife and 3 beautiful children. He is passionate about people, property and wealth creation and enjoys spending time with his family.

Schalks key responsibly is identifying new opportunities and leading the marketing and sales and new business of group .He is an experienced dealmaker and has been instrumental in the realization of a number of Development projects, including Nuutgevonden (Stellenbosch), 10 @Langenhoven (Stellenbosch), Abelia (Stellenbosch), Aloe Ridge (Middelburg Gauteng) etc.
Pieter Goosen
Non-Executive Director (Development Associate)
Pieter was born in Kroonstad and grew up in Bloemfontein. He matriculated at the Sand du Plessis High School. He studied at the University of the Orange Free State and obtained the B.Com. LLB degrees in 1985. He was admitted as an Attorney in 1986 and as a Conveyancer and Notary in 1987. He practiced in Bloemfontein as a partner in a legal firm since 1989. He relocated to Cape Town in 1996 and established the Bellville branch of Mostert & Bosman on 1 February 1996. Pieter is currently a senior consultant at Mostert and Bosman Attorneys and facilitates all transfers for MSP Development Group

Marais Greyling
Development Associate
Marais Greyling is an experienced Hotelier, Restauranteur, and Businessman with a proven entrepreneurial track record. As a Private Hotelier, he understands the value of customer satisfaction, meeting customer’s expectations and ensuring that high levels of service are maintained. He has also been previously involved in various developing projects and has vast experience.

Property Development projects that Marais has served include:

Renovation of Arniston Hotel, building 2nd floor of Arniston Hotel, Development of Manley Wine Lodge (Tulbagh), Subdivision and approval for De Wit development (Springbok), Project management of Naries Namakwa retreat, Converting 36 Flats in Rondebosch to 150 bed student accommodation, Guest House approval @ d'Olyfboom, Hamlet development (Paarl), Villa Granite 50 flat development (Paarl).
Ben Joubert
General Manager
Ben lives in Paarl with his wife and 3 children. He has been in education and the unleashing of people’s potential for his entire professional life. With Property providing a solid springboard for economic stability and wealth creation the property industry places individual potential realization on the next level.

Moving from academic education into guiding people into making informed and educated property decisions has been a source of great pleasure to him. Ben has a background in economics and industrial psychology and started in the property industry in 2015 in the Cape Winelands.

He has established a firm network of managing agents, financial advisors, auditors and other individuals in property services to supply both buyers and sellers with the best advice and options to make informed decisions.

He shares the groups values of: Family, leadership, vision, significance, legacy.
Paul Scott
Homeloan Finance
Paul Scott started his banking career with Trust Bank in June 1979 after completing his 2-year National Service in the SA Navy. In 1988 he was offered a position with United Bank as a credit analyst where he specialized in financial packages and mortgage loans. He then transferred to ABSA Home Loans to manage the home loan consultants and source new business for ABSA. In 1997 he was appointed as Development Consultant to liaise directly with the developers to secure a percentage of the development’s end bond finance for ABSA.

He resigned from ABSA in August 2001 and was offered a position with Betterbond which was one of the first origination companies in South Africa. His role was to gain market share for Betterbond in new residential developments. He decided to leave Betterbond in February 2003 and went into a partnership under the name SSE Bond Advisors. His position as Marketing Director was to build relationships with the developers as well as retention of existing business.

Developers that he dealt with were Rabie, Charles Potgieter, PropCape, Izak Borochowitz, Riaan Roos to name a few. In 2011 he decided to go it alone and is still currently operating under the name of P S Mortgages and is leading Propvision home loan finance.
Eileen Van Andel
Virtual Office Manager
Eileen discovered the Virtual world while living in the United Kingdom in 2014. There she launched her Virtual Assistant company. She worked mainly in arranging business travel and as a virtual personal assistant for clients in the UK but since returning to South Africa has broadened the company to include lifestyle organisation and property office management.

Eileen joined Propvision as the Virtual office manager in 2017 and is excited to see what she can add to the company with her organisation skills. She also has a keen interest in introducing existing business elements to the virtual concept. She spends her spare time with her husband and two busy little boys.
